BISCAY TUNA in OLIVE OIL
White Tuna (Bay
of Biscay Tuna) is caught by the Cantabrian fleet using traditional
methods. Its freshness is checked on the dockside and it is swiftly
transported in refrigerated lorries. Then it is artisanally elaborated in
our factory while fresh, using a rigorous control of sterilization,
incubation and traceability, ensuring it arrives at the table with full
guarantee of quality. |
