COSTERA SEAWEED

It contains extraordinary nutritional qualities, as being true sea water concentrates, they contain many rare assimilable minerals.  The quality of the proteins resides in the presence, in the majority of the species, of all the essential amino acids. The glucids are mostly fibres. The low quantity of lipids (less than 5 %) is made up above all of polyunsaturated acid fats. Seaweed is an important source of vitamins, the most representative being provitamin A; vitamin C and above all vitamins from group B.

The quality of the essential amino acids and their high concentration of mineral salts and the richness of aromatic compounds give seaweed an exceptional nutritional profile.
