WINKLES AND CREAM OF THE SEA

Fresh Winkles (Sea snails): A mollusc found in the cold waters of northern seas, after exhaustive cleaning it is elaborated while fresh with its shell ( using only  water and salt). They make a deliciously succulent appetizer, the consumer extracting them  with a needle.

Cream of the Sea (Costera Sardine Pâté) is a 100% natural tasty pâté, made with fresh sardines ( which have previously had their heads, guts and scales removed), ground with vegetables and natural herbs.
