Sea Urchin Caviar

 

SEA BASS LOINS WITH SEA URCHIN CAVIAR

 

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg of sea bass (loins), 210g of sea urchin caviar (3 tins), 150g of fish stock, 30g of butter, salt.

 

Preparation:

Season the sea bass loins and place in a casserole dish with the butter and  fish stock. Cover with the sea urchin caviar and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
