Sea Urchin Caviar

 

SEA URCHIN  PÂTÉ

 

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 tin of 120g of sea urchin caviar, 300 g of single cream, 120 g of fried tomatoes, 4 eggs, salt, pepper and butter.

 

Preparation:

Beat all the ingredients together and place in a mould previously lined with butter. Bain-marie in the oven for 40 minutes. Leave to cool. Serve.
