Sea Urchin Caviar

 

SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SEAWEED AND SEA URCHINS

 

 

Ingredients for 4 people:

8 eggs, 2 tins of seaweed (Dulse, Kombu or Laminaria), 1 tin of sea urchin caviar, 3 spoonfuls of olive oil and salt.

 

Preparation:

Once drained the seaweed, toss over a high heat. Add the sea urchin caviar to the beaten eggs and then add in the seaweed and cook in the frying pan.
